We’re proud to share an inside look at a unique and ongoing transmission line relocation project in the Lumbee River EMC (LREMC) service territory. This project was driven by the needs of a third-party developer, requiring us to relocate an existing 115kV line to make room for new construction — all while maintaining uninterrupted electrical service.

- Internally developed line design spreadsheets
- PLS-CADD for 3D modeling
- SAG10 for stringing and sag/tension charts
- RTK/Survey Grade GPS data collection equipment for construction staking
This project highlights the importance of adaptability, precision planning, and cross-project coordination.
