SUBSTATIONS

ECE's Substation Department offers full lifecycle services that cover every stage of substation development. The team designs and modifies substations, breaker stations, and step-down facilities for voltages up to 230 kV. Our scope of work includes physical and electrical design, equipment selection and specification, grounding studies, fault analysis, and the preparation of environmental and SPCC compliance documentation.

ECE's engineers prepare detailed procurement specifications for transformers, circuit breakers, voltage regulators, and control systems, ensuring each component meets the project's technical and operational requirements. After specifications are determined, our team will prepare a construction contract, specification, and drawing documentation for bid. During construction, ECE provides on-site inspection, contract close-out documentation, and quality assurance support to ensure every installation is delivered safely and performs reliably from day one.
